My ear makes a sqeek noise when i hiccup or yawn and then two days ago the roof of my mouth started hurting?

so bad that i cant eat or barley talk!!!!! why is this????? I didnt burn my mouth or anything!!! Why is it doing this??? It hurt so bad it's been causing pain in my teeth!! i gargled salt water. It's not my throat but the room of my mouth. Someone said it's sinuses.
