I heard a rumor that says a sovereign wealth fund is responsible for a concerted effort of shorting ?

the markets in an attempt to destroy the US financial system. And here's the crazy part...I heard it on Bloomberg TV today but it was a very quick blip! Has anyone else heard anything similar to this or know what country it's coming from? Thanks
