Is there any hospital or home center which can help me to pay for my LPN cles while working for them?

I am a CNA planning to get cles to become an LPN in Paterson, NJ. somebody can tell me about any hospital or home center who helps to pay the cles at the time I work as a CNA for them at their center? I heard about this program is working in some centers in different towns but they are so far from my area. I would like to find it around Paterson or Wayne area in NJ. I can't get any financial aid program and the cles at any college are too expensive. i will appreciate it. thanks in advance.
