Is make-up on a woman a temptation for men? (Christians only, please.)?

I was just reading a very interesting Revelife blog about how we as women should dress modestly to help our Christian brothers from their lustful thoughts and eyes. But I was wondering about make-up. Proverbs 6:25 says "Do not lust in your heart after her beauty or LET HER CAPTIVATE YOU WITH HER EYES." Does that mean mascara and eyeshadow and eyeliner are something we should not use to attract people to our eyes?
