A Simple Program to Add / Keep Track Of Buyers Payments?

I have 30 or so people that are buying specific amount of a product. Is there a program out there that will keep track of their names and also add up their totals for me? Like I'll add Kathy 30, then Tom 30, it will give me a total of 60.
