Copyright Lawsuit in the making?

Discovered a local community college used an image copyrighted by myself on their flyer for a seminar. My image was the cover image on the front of the flyer. It was mailed to hundreds of organizations throughout the state. I was never notified that they wanted to use the photo. There was no mention of my name as far as being the photographer on the flyer itself. Can I file a lawsuit against the college for copyright infringement? This image is in no way affiliated with the college.
