Should I fiel a complaint about my OB after my baby is born for "poor service"?

I go to kaiser permanente. I am 38 weeks pregnat with ym 1st and ahve seent he same ob since 4 weeks. being at the end of ym preganncy I ahve lots of questions/concerns. she neevr really answers them is always in a hurry these past few weeks with me. makes me wait 20 min to be seen when I am 5 min early for my appointment. if it's 130 I come at 125 and dont get seen til 150 for example. then this alst time I finalyl asked her "are you in a hurry?" and she said "yes I ahve to work on call at l and d tongith". okay thats not my problem, I was on time for my appointment and deserve 2 have my questions answered esp. since I onyl come evry 2 weeks since I'm not high-risk. she wont see me more than every 2 weeks til 39 weeks. anyways, I then said "well I understand you ahve on-call, but I only get seen eery 2weeks and this si the end of my rpegnancy so I have a lot of questions now". and she just looked kind of baffled and answered them quickly as possible and said "see you next time" withou
