Any ideas for a fruit and vegetable detox?

I have to take a break from the gym due to hip injury so I'm going on a fruit and vegetable only detox/cleanse to rid my body of all the junk food toxins I've been taking in and not burning off w/ strenuous and exercise. It's been tough and I haven't really been doing all that well with it. I was wondering if anyone had any good meal ideas or preperation methods for what to eat or how to eat it. For lunch I usually go with a salad and since I can't use salad dressing, I've been using extra virgin olive oil. I'm wondering if that's ok though. & I sautee mushrooms and asparagus with it too.... Are there any healthier ways to make this stuff and any healthier options for sprucing up a salad?
