I need help losing weight so i can find a woman?
Hi mike! Less than 1 year ago i weighed 340 pounds myself...my weight was so out of control i could hardly walk or breathe and have sleep apnea very bad....i woke up one morning last may and told myself this was it i am doing something about my weight...well i started with the south beach diet at first...it has some great ideas for food combinations to put together as well as foods to avoid...but i found it was very hard to stay with so got more ideas from the meditteranian diet...now though i finally found out what works for me and i try to have around 1200 calories a day..at the weight i was it came off so quickly..just remember portion control(i always use a saucer as a plate)..be sure to eat 3 times a day with 2 snacks in between..i really like yogurt and almonds..also sugar free gum and pudding are fantastic when craving sweets..i am down to 222 and hope to be under 200 by summer..i know what you mean about the staring..as a woman the pressure to be thin and perfect is terrible but i have come to realize if other people don't like me because i am not perfect then i never needed them anyways!!! If i can do it believe me ANYONE can and i have faith that you can do this too..good luck sweetie!!!!
