Help please boyfriend question?

my boyfriend and i are both 22. we've been together for 4 years. he's going on a trip to see his parents soon and had asked me if we could send 'seductive' pictures back and forth via cell phone. as we have never done this before both with each other or other people, i was wondering if these types of messages are tracked and the bill payer notified? we bothh have verizon. thanks for the help
