How can I lose wait------really urgent?

Your diet is not that bad. You might actually not be taking in enough food, which causes your body to think it's starving: so it keeps the fat and consumes the muscle. I think, though, you really need to up the amount of time you work out. You're only burning 200 or so calories. uming you do this every day of the week, that's 1400 calories consumed. Half a kg is about 3500 calories. So you are losing half a kilo in a little over 2 weeks.
