Belly on zit infection?

About a week ago, I noticed an annoying zit-like bump inside my belly on. The next day I felt it and noticed odorless, semi-clear, reddish liquid coming from my belly along with scabbing. I have been cleaning it with alcohol and peroxide, and now the liquid is clear, but there's what almost looks like a canker sore on the inside producing the liquid. Any ideas what this may be?
