Where's that NEW, exciting underground rap/turntablism at these days?

I remember a time when Wu-Tang just came out, Biggie hadn't hit it big yet and was rappin on Craig Mack's new Remix, Dr. Octagon/Kool Keith and Prince Paul (all by his lonesome) were bubblin' up for those willing to find 'em, and don't get me started about how dope everyone on Wild Pitch was. At the same time, Invisible Skratch Picklez, the X-Cutioners, DJ Shadow and tons more were killing it on the 1s and 2s. Then, Mr. Lif, MF Doom/King Geedorah/Sean Price, etc picked it up from there to keep es movin out their seats. Where's that good hsit today? East? West? South? Who?
