Whats the difference between a Motor yacht and a Power Cruiser?

A cruiser has a very defined shape. It has an extremely long Bow region where the Cabin is. A Yacht is a tall, bulky boat. But if you meant by means of the words power and motor, it just means they are powered by an engine (almost always an I/O for all large boats)
