Some ROTC questions.?

Hey thanks for viewing my post. I have some questions that I'm hoping to get some answers to.I am 18 years old.I have a wife and child.I am in the IRR(details below)I want to go to college and persue an education to open some doors for my future. I was wondering some things.I was transfered to the IRR for unsat performance. Long story but the blame is on me. I was given a General Under Honerable Conditions discharge, with a RE3 code. I completed BCT/AIT in 07 and was discharges in June 09.1) What are the chances of getting into an ROTC program.2) How would it work being that I have family?3) What options would I have?Any other suggestions or advice is welcome and I thank you in advance
