Okay my girlfriends parents hate me for the mistake i made a year ago and dont want her with me?

okay a year ago this time i moved away for college and me and her were datin so she came to visit me for a week. then by end of week it got to wear we said i love you finally and, i being 18 young and dumb, i though i wasnt ready to settle down. so i ended it which was stupid mistake. okay fast forward 11 months later were dating again all time we were apart never stopped loving her, and her parents just trying to push her away from me, they cant seem to give me a secound chance, im not sure how to deal with that.
