My cardy Uggs are stretched out! Help?

So I have the grey cardy uggs.I used to wear them up, but after a while I started folding them down and I just kep them that way.Now I try wearing them up agian and they are like so spacey and they sorta slouch instead of staying up on my calf like they used to.How can I shrink them back without ruining them??
