Is this a presidential election or high school popularity contest?

Some people are treating Palin like she is homecoming queen. She is just a face with virtually no substance. her record in Alaska as gov for a year was much like a Big Oil Company lobbyist and not much else. That's why she was picked too. The woman was a housewife until 5 years ago, has no real education (C avg lib art degree which took her 6 years to get from 5 different colleges), never even held a steady job besides "hockey mom" till she was mayor of Eskimo town in the arctic circle. Ignorant people memorized by a really ignorant one.
