ok i take vit K,A,C,E,zinc,fish oil,Alpha Lipoic Acid,and turmeric supplements so thats 8 in total BUT i only takem before bed. and the reason i take em is for my skin and its look better than ever, but im affraid the benifits dont outweigh the side effects if there is.. but so far i havent felt anything abnormal. BTW ive been in this routine for about 3 months, nd only recently added Alpha Lipoic Acid. so im wondering if yall can tell me if what im doin is bad.. ty =)
