This clinic owner should be brought-up on murder charges. The baby girl was born alive and should have done whatever she could have to perserved the child's life. The child likely die within a few hours of being on the roof. If she doesn't face criminal charges, or if her license is not pulled, I pray this woman and her clinic face the wrath of Allah (God). In the US, if a person did this to a domestic animal, they would be facing felony charges.
