How can the Tamilnadu Government catch these culprits?

Professional Colleges have become blade institutions harmful to the society and they charge exorbitant fees under various heads and religious and namesake charitable organizations are the leading culprits. Recently on complaints of charging fees more than the Government fixed rates, the Government has constituted enquiry committees and many were caught. It is one thing that no action would be taken against them and heavy bribes can settle the issue to the blades’ advantage. But how will Government catch some others under Evangelistic and religious garbs if the students are asked to make payment in donation form to the parental set up. India is a country of loopholes and even justice is not an exception.
