Can any one reccomend a price for renting out our feild and stables?

we have a huge feild and new stables in the heart of devon we are looking to rent them out but have found general prices for renting out a feild are 10-25 pounts a week ,we think this is very cheap for our land as we have beautiful bridal paths an AMAZING veiw! fresh water supply,new stables, easy accsess and live next door so we monitor the land and can cheack on any horses if needed!we dont want to rent this pout for an over expensive price but it is a very nice location and beautiful property.any suggestions?
